Softylus provides digital solutions including but not limited to software development, application design, website development, digital marketing, and consulting services ("Services").

All Services are provided on a contractual basis, with specific terms, timelines, and deliverables outlined in individual agreements. These Terms supplement, but do not replace, any specific agreements between Softylus and its clients.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement:

  • The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Softylus.
  • Client-specific work and deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment for services rendered, unless otherwise specified.
  • Softylus retains the right to use non-confidential aspects of our work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Content Policy

Our website and services may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post and its legality.

You may not post content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights
  • Contains malware, spyware, or harmful code
  • Impersonates any person or entity
  • Constitutes unsolicited advertising or spam

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Softylus, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
